When he said he was going to call me back, he definitely did. I received such friendly and professional assistance constantly. But my biggest praise was their transparency throughout, when I walked in and said I wanted the red Tiggo 4 Pro, Jordan was immediately honest with us about the fact that it might be a wait because of port issues, he was also upfront about certain specials and add ons they were running. This was very much appreciated as my previous experience when trying to buy a car was the sales reps hide this kind of info from you, but Jordan was open and honest, and so it really felt like he and Chery were in my corner, trying to get me the best deal.
